My agency contact is Dionne and I cannot fault her at all. She is friendly, approachable and is always willing to offer shifts when she knows I am looking for work which is hugely appreciated. It is great to have a regular agency contact who you are comfortable and familiar with as it makes everything a lot more straight forward for both parties. Something which I have noticed Fortem & Mode do which is better than other agencies is the process of applying for work. I think the Fortem&Mode process is very personal, ensuring clients and staff are given a role where they feel most comfortable and confident.
