Fortem & Mode account handlers are 360° recruiters, personally responsible for sourcing, interviewing and placing candidates within their managed regions. They are responsive, adept and most importantly, intuitive. Able to spot desired characteristics in an instant, and swiftly profile potential candidates against pre-determined criteria.
All interviews are carried out face to face, often through video, which enables the agency to respond to short lead times and high volume requests at speed, anywhere in the country. Our interview process is designed to establish the personality type of candidates, standards of presentation, test soft skills and includes sales-based role play.
