What should you do if you see an injured person?

• Get help. Notify the counter or store manager or ask someone else to do so whilst you remain with the injured person.
• Refer to any accident procedures you may have been given by the store
• Reassure the injured person that help is on its way
• Do not move the injured person as this may make the injury worse
