Whilst staff selection and considered placement forms a key part of our agency role, staff training is equally important. The Fortem & Mode Academy is our bespoke, complementary staff training programme which we run at regular intervals throughout the country and is a vital investment in the development of our sales consultants.
The regional workshops assist with the transition from interview to sales floor and provide training on all aspects of the role including agency process, client expectations, appropriate grooming, health & safety at work and sales skills. We equip our team with the commercial understanding and required skills to complete each assignment proficiently, supporting them in gaining client confidence.
We are proud to be an associate member of The Fragrance Foundation and offer both complementary and subsidised places on their Fragrance Expert course, to any consultants that are regularly assigned to our fragrance clients, or to those who would like to further their knowledge in this area.

A member of our staffing team will be in touch to arrange a video interview – this is your change to impress us with your presentation, work experience and sales skills.
Whilst waiting for an interview you will have the opportunity to view our job market and apply for work, using the log in details you created during step 2.
