Recruitment Services for Salons
Due to the nature of our work with hair and beauty businesses of all sizes, we have an extensive database of candidates including retail consultants, hair stylists, nail technicians, beauticians and reception staff. Our staff have proven industry experience with the right work ethic to be successful in a fast paced environment where customer experience has never been more important.
We maintain high standards throughout our recruitment process and adopt a “quality over quantity” approach when adding to our consultant pool, with an agency acceptance rate of approximately 30%.
We can support with long term placements but also short term fixes for absence cover.
We also offer our clients a permanent candidate search service whereby we take the entire recruitment process off your hands by sourcing suitable candidates, matched to a client approved job description. Candidates are pre-screened by us, currently through a video interview, before progressing to the client’s usual interview process.
Our clients maintain full control and make the ultimate decision on who to employ. The successful candidate is then employed by the client in the usual way.
Our fee is based on an agreed percentage of salary and we offer a free replacement service for candidates that don’t work out within the first 12 weeks of employment.

My agency contact is Dionne and I cannot fault her at all. She is friendly, approachable and is always willing to offer shifts when she knows I am looking for work which is hugely appreciated.
